Warranty Policy
Quality matters deeply to us. If something goes wrong with your Robotics Kit because of how it was made, we'll fix it. Simple as that.
What We Cover
Any CYFI product has a 6-month warranty that protects against:
- Manufacturing defects or sloppy workmanship
- Parts that fail during normal use
- Problems that show up on their own, not from accidents.
If any of these happen, we'll repair it, swap it out, or make it right without charging you.
What We Don't Cover
The warranty doesn't help with:
- Damage from trying to fix or modify it yourself
- Problems from water, spills, or rough treatment
- Water damage, overheating, or leaving it somewhere it shouldn't be
- Normal signs of use over time
- Cables, accessories, or parts that naturally wear out
Making a Claim
If something's not working the way it should then:
- Send us an email at robotics@nestatoys.com with subject line as "Warranty Claim" along with order number.
- Tell us what happened. Include when you bought it and what's going wrong.
- Show us the problem by adding photos or a video which helps us understand the issue properly.
- Our concerned team will take a look and let you know what to do next.
What Happens Next
When your product gets to us, we'll check it out thoroughly.
- If its covered under warranty: We’ll fix it or send a replacement at no cost to you.
- If it's not covered: We will explain why and offer any paid repair or replacement options.
Shipping Details
- The customer has to handle shipping the product to us initially.
- If your claim is approved, we'll cover the cost of sending it back to you.
- If the claim doesn't qualify, return shipping will be at your expense
A Few Important Notes
- Your warranty starts from the date of purchase shown on your invoice.
- If the product is replaced, it continues under the same warranty period, not a new one.
