Shipping & Delivery Policy

At CYFI, created by NESTA TOYS, we carry forward a belief that has guided us from the very beginning: children learn best when they’re free to explore, play, and follow their curiosity. Just as we carefully design tools that help young learners build real skills with confidence, we also put the same care into ensuring your order reaches you safely, quickly, and without hassle.

Below is our simple and transparent shipping and delivery policy.

Shipping Within India

  • We aim to ship every CYFI order within 1 working day of confirmation
  • Working days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
  • Orders placed on holidays will be shipped on the next working day
  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after successful payment
  • Free shipping applies to all orders above ₹500 (after discounts).
We’re committed to making your shipping and delivery experience quick, simple, and worry-free.

Exceptions

  • Some orders may take a little extra time to process. This may happen if:
  • The order contains 10 or more units of the same product
  • The item is marked as made-to-order or in production
  • It’s a festival period or a high-volume season
  • Courier services face unexpected delays
  • An item is temporarily out of stock (dispatch may take 4–6 weeks)
If any additional time is needed, we’ll keep you updated through email or phone—just as CYFI guides young learners one clear step at a time.

International Shipping

We’re proud to bring CYFI and NESTA TOYS learning tools to families worldwide.
  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight
  • Delivery Time: Generally 7–21 business days, depending on the country
  • Custom Duties/Taxes: These are the buyer’s responsibility
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped
  • Support: If anything goes wrong, our team is here to help

Shipping Options

To keep things flexible:
  • Value Shipping – Standard delivery (free for orders above ₹500)
  • Expedited Shipping – Faster delivery for a small fee of ₹80
Delivery times can vary based on holidays, courier schedules, or where you’re located. Your order confirmation and tracking email will always give you the latest updates.

How to Track Your Order

  1. Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking number.
  2. You can track your order anytime through your account under Order Details.
