Return & Replacement Policy

At CYFI, created by Nesta Toys, we want every part of your experience to feel easy, smooth, and reassuring just like the way we design our learn-through-play products. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a return or replacement in the situations listed below.
  • Damaged or Defective Product: If you receive a product that’s damaged or not working properly, just email us within 7 days at robotics@nestatoys.com. Send your order details and a few clear photos or a video showing the issue. After we review it, we’ll help you with a replacement or explain the return steps.
  • Incorrect Product Received: If an incorrect product is delivered, contact our customer service team within 7 days. We’ll organize the return and send the correct replacement at no additional cost.
  • Missing Parts or Incomplete Product: If your order arrives incomplete, notify our customer service team within 7 days with supporting photos. We’ll provide the missing parts or replace the item as needed.

Additional Return & Replacement Guidelines

  • Return Window: Make sure to request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your product.
  • Product Condition: Products being returned should be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items can’t be returned or replaced - this includes personalized products, custom-made items, and clearance or final-sale products.
  • Return Approval: All returns are checked by our quality team. We can accept the return only after it passes inspection and is approved.
  • Replacement Availability: Replacements depend on stock availability. If the item isn’t available, you can choose another product or request a refund following our Refund Policy.
  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs may apply unless the issue is from our side such as receiving a damaged item, the wrong product, or missing parts.
