Please read these terms carefully. When you use the CYFI platform or buy our products, you agree to follow these terms and conditions.

This Terms and Conditions Agreement (the 'Agreement') explains the rules for using CYFI (the 'Platform'), including its robotics learning software, educational content, and robotics kits (together, the 'Products and Services'). CYFI can update these terms at any time. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page to let you know. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the new terms.

We recommend checking this Agreement regularly. If you don’t agree with the terms, please stop using the Platform right away.

1. Products and Services

What We Offer

CYFI provides an integrated robotics learning platform that includes:

  • Interactive coding tutorials and lessons
  • Block-based coding interface
  • Real-time robotics simulator
  • Robotics kits (available for purchase separately)
  • Learning materials and curriculum

Placing Orders

By placing an order on our Platform, you agree to buy the item at the listed price. Your order is final once we confirm it, but we may cancel it within one business day if necessary.

Our Rights

CYFI owns all intellectual property related to our platform, software, curriculum, and products. You can't copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any CYFI products or content without our written permission.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. You’re responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees that apply to your purchase.

Cancellations

We may cancel your order if payment isn’t received or if the product becomes unavailable. We’ll inform you if your order is canceled and make sure you get a refund if you’ve already paid.

Product Descriptions

We do our best to accurately describe our products, but colors and details may vary slightly from what you see on screen. We're not responsible for minor variations.

Refunds

You're entitled to a refund if:

  • Your product arrives damaged during shipping
  • We made an error processing your order
  • We cancel your order or significantly change product availability or pricing

2. Platform Access and Accounts

Registration

Feel free to explore the Platform without registering, but creating an account lets you save your progress, access your purchases, and enjoy the full simulator experience.

Account Security

If you create an account:

  • Give accurate, up-to-date information
  • Make your password secure and don't share it
  • Take responsibility for all activity under your account
  • Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately.

We hold the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the above terms.

Third-Party Account Integration

You can link your account to third-party services, such as Google. By linking your account, you allow us to access some information from those services to improve your experience. You can disconnect them anytime.

3. Using the Platform

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the Platform for lawful, educational purposes only
  • Follow the law and any rules that apply
  • Respect the work and content shared by others
  • Not interfere with the Platform's operation
  • Not attempt to access restricted areas or reverse-engineer our software

Your Content

When you post projects, comments, or other content on the Platform:

  • You retain ownership of your work
  • You grant CYFI permission to display, share, and use that content to operate and improve the Platform
  • You are responsible for what you post
  • We may remove content that breaks these terms or our community guidelines.

Educational Use

Teachers and schools can use CYFI in educational settings. We encourage collaboration and sharing of learning experiences, but commercial resale of our content or curriculum is not permitted.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the CYFI Platform—including software, lesson plans, tutorials, graphics, logos, and the simulator—is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You're granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Platform for learning and teaching. You cannot copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously, especially when it comes to children's data. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

CYFI complies with applicable child privacy protection laws. We never sell personal information, especially children's data.

6. Disclaimers

Platform Availability

We provide the Platform "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

No Warranties

CYFI makes no warranties about:

  • Accuracy and completeness of the educational content
  • The Platform meeting your specific requirements
  • Uninterrupted or secure access
  • Any results from using our products

Some regions don't allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

CYFI's total liability for any claims related to the Platform or Products is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We're not liable for:

  • Lost profits or data
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Issues caused by third-party services or hardware
  • Your misuse of the Platform or Products

Some jurisdictions don't allow liability limitations, so these may not fully apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to protect CYFI learning platform from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your use of the Platform or Products
  • Content you post or share
  • Your violation of any laws or others' rights

9. Changes and Termination

Platform Changes

We may update, change, or remove features at any time, and we’ll do our best to let you know about major changes.

Account Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms. You can also delete your account anytime through your account settings.

10. General Terms

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in Indian courts.

Entire Agreement

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and CYFI.
